Terms of Service

Spark Laundry provides on-demand laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services through our mobile application. Our services include:

• Scheduled pickup and delivery of laundry items
• Professional cleaning and care of garments
• Real-time tracking of your order
• Customer support and service management
• Special care services for delicate items
• Express and standard delivery options

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Ensure items are suitable for cleaning and free from hazardous materials
• Be available during scheduled pickup and delivery windows
• Check pockets and remove all personal items before pickup
• Declare valuable items and special care requirements
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing structure
• Report any issues or concerns promptly
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:

• Items contaminated with hazardous substances
• Leather, suede, or fur items (unless specified)
• Wedding dresses and formal wear (requires special service)
• Items with excessive pet hair or odors
• Heavily soiled or stained items beyond normal wear
• Items requiring specialized cleaning not offered by our service

Our pricing and payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Additional charges may apply for special services or rush orders
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

While we take great care in handling your items, Spark Laundry's liability is limited. We are not responsible for:

• Items left in pockets or not declared
• Damage to items with pre-existing conditions
• Normal wear and tear from the cleaning process
• Color bleeding or shrinkage of items not suitable for machine washing
• Damage resulting from manufacturer defects
• Loss or damage exceeding the declared value of items

Our maximum liability for any single item is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or the declared value, whichever is less.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay for services

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding charges, and we will complete any services already in progress.
